Building Trust Through Quality & Compliance
Our approach is simple: establish the required registrations first, build strong operating systems, and pursue internationally recognised certifications as the business grows.
Compliance First.
Certification with Purpose.
Mintamount Global Sourcing is building its quality and compliance framework around the actual requirements of its agricultural sourcing and export operations.
Our priority is to obtain the registrations and licences applicable to our business activities and products, followed by internationally recognised management-system certifications as our operations develop.
We will only present a certification, accreditation or award as obtained when Mintamount has actually received the applicable documentation and can substantiate the claim.

Compliance.
Trust.
Export & Food
Compliance Foundation
These are the key compliance areas we are prioritising for our Indian agricultural sourcing and export activities.
IEC
A fundamental registration for Indian businesses undertaking import and export activities, subject to applicable exemptions.
Obtain and maintain the applicable IEC through the Directorate General of Foreign Trade.
APEDA RCMC
Relevant for exporters dealing in applicable agricultural and processed food products covered by APEDA.
Obtain the applicable APEDA registration for eligible agricultural export activities.
FSSAI
The appropriate FSSAI licence or registration will depend on the actual food business activities carried out by Mintamount.
Determine and obtain the applicable FSSAI licence or registration.
Building International
Management Standards
As Mintamount expands its agricultural sourcing and export operations, internationally recognised management systems can provide a structured foundation for quality and food safety.
ISO 9001
A structured quality-management system designed to strengthen operational consistency, customer focus, documentation and continual improvement.
ISO 22000
A food-safety management framework intended for organisations operating within the food chain and handling applicable food-related products.
ISO certification will be pursued through an appropriate independent certification body once the relevant management systems, processes and certification scope are ready.
Product & Destination
Requirements
Additional certifications and documents will be determined by the commodity, customer specifications and destination-market requirements.
Organic
May be pursued when Mintamount handles certified organic products and the applicable destination market or buyer requires organic certification.
Halal
May be obtained for relevant products and markets where customers, distributors or destination requirements call for Halal certification.
Kosher
May be considered for specific products and international markets where customers or buyers require Kosher compliance.
Product Documentation
Certificates of origin, phytosanitary documents, laboratory reports, inspection certificates and other documents will depend on the product and destination.
Quality Is More Than
a Certificate
Certifications are valuable, but reliable business processes are the foundation. Mintamount is building its operations around clear specifications, proper documentation, supplier communication and continuous improvement.
Build It Properly.
Certify It When Ready.
Mintamount will progressively develop its quality and compliance systems so that every certification reflects genuine operational practices.
Certification Transparency
Mintamount will publish certification details only after the relevant registration, licence or certification has been officially obtained. Certification scope, issuing body, validity and applicable product categories will be presented accurately.
Let's discuss your product requirements.
Certification, documentation and quality requirements can vary according to the commodity and destination market.
